This Saturday, 12th December, Carnival City will be alive with excitement as EFC 46, the final EFC event of the year, takes place. Eleven fights so far are on the cards with the headline fight between David Buirski versus Martin “The Punisher” Van Staden for the Welterweight Champion title.
